My Equipment

As an aspiring photographer, I have to say that I’ve spent thousands of dollars (actually euros and pounds) on high-end equipment and software. DSLR bodies, Lenses,Tripods, flash units, battery packs, the latest photoshop soft… just kidding.

I just have a little ultracompact camera, a Samsung NV30. It’s a great compact to be sure, but it’s still a limited little compact anyway.

Other equipment I use is:

A single 1GB SD card;

A camera pouch;

The wrist band I took off my phone (also a Samsung coincidentally);

Google’s very own Picasa (on my quite decent laptop);

Occasionally Gimp;

Flat(tish), stable surfaces to replace the lovely, much needed tripod I’ve never had.

Since I’m a student working part time in a quite expensive country, I cannot really afford shit after spending money on shelter, food, and the once-or-twice-yearly trip to my native land.

So since you obviously like my pictures (or just came on the equipment page just to feel better about yourself), do me a favour and give me a nice, good old-fashioned wad of cash to spend on a new DSLR body, lenses, and a real and proper tripod.
